The 3-List Method That Ends Overwhelm
Why your to-do list is lying to you
Most to-do lists fail because they treat everything as equal.
It isn’t.
Today, try this instead.
Make three lists:
List 1 — Non-Negotiables
If these don’t happen, the day failed.
List 2 — Progress
Important, but not decisive.
List 3 — Noise
Feels productive. Changes nothing.
Now comes the hard part:
Delete List 3.
Not postpone.
Delete.
Overwhelm isn’t caused by too much to do.
It’s caused by refusing to admit what doesn’t matter.
Clarity isn’t found by adding priorities. It’s found by removing them.
