Solid framework. The phrase "standards don't ask how you feel" is key here bc it eliminates the daily negotiation most poeple have with themselves. I switched from "workout 4x/week" to "move for 15min daily" and the streak got way easier to maintain. Making progress boring is such an underrated strategy.
I agree 100%. When I got back into shape, it started with “walk through the doors of the gym” on week days. Someday I stayed. Other I didn’t. But, after a month, I was working out daily during the week.
